10" x 20" x 1.5", shallow black plastic propagation tray with holes. Insert this tray inside a standard 10 x 20 tray with no holes. Place your starter plugs (i.e. sheet of 98) inside the shallow tray. Hand water your cuttings. The excess water will drain into the lower tray through the holes in the bottom.
